We are very excited to announce that Forrest Hancock is joining the Montava development team as the Director of Development.
Forrest was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona where he graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Regional Development. His professional career started in 2003 with a home builder before moving to Forest City in 2007. Developing special communities in both Tucson and Texas until an opportunity to relocate and join the Central Park (Stapleton) development in Denver in 2012. In Central Park Forrest worked through many roles including lot design, planning and entitlements, builder contracts and lot delivery, engineering and construction and finished his time as the Park Creek Metro District Development Manager. His extensive background in very special master planned community development will be an invaluable asset to our team and the community. In his off time Forrest enjoys riding motorcycles, the outdoors and coaching his children's sports.
